On Saturday June 10, the Georgetown Merchants Association will be producing a special event in your neighborhood. This is the revival of an annual event, and it’s important to us that we communicate with you, our neighbors.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Expect impacts to parking and traffic during the event.
We are working closely with the City of Seattle Special Events Committee to minimize the impacts of the event. Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable experience in your neighborhood. EVENT DESCRIPTION
- Event hours are from noon to 10pm on June 10
- We will be loading/set up at 6am on 6/10 and will load/break down until midnight the same day.
- We will leave the neighborhood as we found it, including litter and recycling removal.
- We expect up to 7,000 attendees during event hours
- We will amplified sound during the event from 10am - 10pm on 6/10/23, to include two live music/performance stages and various street performers.
- The following streets will be closed and inaccessible to vehicle traffic between 6am and midnight on June 10:
- S Nebraska St from S Corson to Airport Way S
- S Vale St from Corson to Airport Way S
- S Homer St from Corson to Airport Way S
- 12th ave S from S Vale St to S Bailey
- S Harney St from 12th Ave S to 980 S Harney Si
